- Answer Hi Chris, No, there is no option to turn off the fans or turn the appliance into a regular baking oven. However, it does have a regular baking mode and a steam bake mode if needed. QuestionThis is a follow up to 2 other questions I've posted here. If this oven does not have a rapid preheat function then why do the specs for this oven on this website say that it has rapid preheat? This was a primary reason I bought the oven.
