- Answer The first oven is self high heat cleaning. The second oven is manual clean.

QuestionThis unit is more than twice the weight of the Samsung - 30" Microwave Combination Wall Oven Model NQ70M7770DS. What are the differences? On-Line compare shows little more than the weight difference.

- Answer The Samsung website is not very useful in telling the difference. After hours of study, here are the differences I found: 9770: Max tempt on bake is 570F. Has steam proof mode for bread. Has 2 year warranty and gets you the in-home demonstration of how to use it and special phone support number (because it is in Chef's Collection). Has two sliding racks in bottom oven. Flush mount or standard install. Weight is 280 pounds. This has to be a misprint -- no way this is that much heavier than the 7770. 7770: Max temp on bake is 550F. Has proof mode (no steam proof). Has 1 year warranty. Has 1 sliding rack in bottom oven. Standard install. Weight is 135 pounds.

QuestionI was going to buy this until I read that the clock screen saver turns off after an hour. This seems ridiculous to me. Has anyone found a way to keep the screensaver on for longer then an hour.

- Answer Thanks for asking! The Clock Screen Saver Timeout settings can be adjusted to any time from 5 minutes to 60 minutes. ^Jecca
