“How can I get these white marks off my stove top? Never used any cleaner besides a wet sponge or the ceramic cleaner I was told to buy. Have only used the actual stove top a couple of times. Oven isn’t even two months in my house”

Other than identifying what type of food/spill that caused the white marks, use the cleaner recommended by the ranges manufacteur and plenty of hard work...
