Is there a bake only function for the upper oven? It looks like there is only a bake with fan icon, which I'm assuming is convection oven. The lower oven has a "Bake" only option. Also, is there a full user manual for this model? null

There is a bake only function it's the whole oven you have to take out the middle section (just slides out). It comes with the manual.

Thanks so much for asking, KP! For this model, the convection bake option can be used in the whole oven, the upper oven, or the lower oven.
