Will they make this availble in white, please? If the kosher feature is available, why not the proofing? I don't know about kosher but proofing is about 100 degrees? I love this range, but just re-did the kitchen and need white appliances.

I don't know the answer, but I would strongly suggest that you call Samsung. Here's the Samsung phone number: 1-800-726-7864. The lady I spoke with answered my questions and was very patient. She also talked me through some of the website offerings. Hope you get your questions answered.
