“I am haven problems with the double oven tray switch. My oven has a problem with the tray switch. It seems to not want to properly turn on when the tray is in. you have to keep pulling and pushing the tray or push the door more closed until the switch picks up the tray. Doesnt make sense. The tray is in, the switch should pick it up. Suggestions?”

I'm sorry to hear you're having an issue with your FE710DRS Flex Duo divider. You're right that the oven should automatically detect when the divider is in place. If it isn't, then service may be necessary to determine the cause. I would suggest checking the area around the button that is depressed when the divider is in place to make sure it's clean and there isn't a build up of grease or residue preventing the button from being pushed in by the divider. If this doesn't resolve it, and the button either won't depress all the way or the control panel doesn't indicate it's in place when the button is fully depressed, please call 888-BEST BUY or 800-SAMSUNG to speak with an agent who will be happy to assist you further.
