• Thanks for the question. The FX710BGS will automatically adjust the temperature when Convection Bake is selected by lowering the set temperature by 25°F. The Convection function will not adjust the time, however, since many baked items require a certain amount of time to cook in order to rise or to set properly. If you wish to continue to use the higher temperature, you can either select Bake without the convection, or select Convection Bake and set the temperature 25°F higher than the recipe calls for since it will convert down by 25°F when you press Start. Keep in mind, however, that the items will likely cook faster than the recipe says. - Ms. Samsung
