This was my first gas range I ever bought. I wanted one ten years ago when we bought our electric. I was nervous about not buying a duel-fuel. I love the gas oven. It is not noisy at all, cooks even and perfect every time. I have baked many batches of a variety of holiday cookies, cakes for birthdays and all kinds of meat. Nothing came out unexpected. Nothing dry, cooked even and even the cakes rose evenly. I cook daily on the cooktop, mostly the front right one and the oval burner. Cook French toast, grilled cheeses, eggs and veggies for sandwiches and shaved beef. It's not too bad cleaning up surface. Stainless would be worse. I often remove grates and clean underneath for spatter cleanup. Center griddle a bit narrow and shallow but I like it. I never have to use non-stick spray. I have not used the warming drawer yet. I have had this for a month but cook daily and holidays I did lots of baking. Racks are great especially half rack and with convection bake you can stuff the oven. The only thing I miss is an oven light but I get by without. Maybe the flame lights the oven a bit because I feel like I can see ok. Of I can't I just open and look. Hope this was helpful. I completely LOVE my stove. It was worth waiting 10 years for. It looks fantastic in my kitchen too.

I've been wanting to switch to gas for some time and bought this over labor day weekend after doing much research and all I can say is BRAVO! The oven temperature is spot on with what the thermostat indicates when I tested this with an oven thermometer. The oven cooks precisely and evenly and the door is solid and seals nicely. It doesn't throw out a lot of heat into the kitchen like other ranges I've used in the past. The burners are also a wow factor. They will bring something to a boil quicker than anything I've seen in a home kitchen. The stainless steel on this also looks and feels thicker and more sturdy than the traditional brand models sold now days coming out of places like Mexico. A griddle is included with this one that fits the center burner which for me is also a nice feature. If you are considering a gas range and want quality, I recommend this one hands down.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this stove. Was hesitant about spending this much on a range and wasn't sure about all the extra features, but so glad I bought this model.........This is my first gas stove. so glad i switched from electric. The stove is easy to use and controls are easily to use. Convection oven feature is the best! Love the warming drawyer, keeps hubby's fod warm until he gets home, great for warming tortillas, bread etc. Love the middle oval burner and griddle make awesome pancakes and grilled cheese sand. Great product worth the price. looks great in my kitchen also

Great gas stovetop and oven. Only issue I have had is that the knobs are a little cheap and are coated with some sort of plastic wrap that looks metallic which has since bubbled from heat. I am looking for replacement knobs shortly, otherwise, very happy with purchase.

The high powered burner really is awesome. Pots of water boil faster and more importantly its easier to maintain the high temperature required to produce the ever-so important Maillard reaction in foods! The middle griddle works great, when making breakfast for three adults and 6 kids. The oven heats up quickly and heats really evenly with or without convection turned on. I cooked a wonderful Prime Rib over several hours at 150 degrees before finishing it off under the broiler. All of the foodies in my family loved it. We notice the oven doesn't lose much heat at all compared to our old oven. I'm very happy with all of our Samsung products: Two TVs, cell phone, color laser printer, refrigerator, and now a stove! I hope they make a car next!

Have had the oven for about a month installed. It looks great and have learned a few functions. The individual purpose burners are very useful. The high heat burner is awesome compared to any other stove I've used. It heats a large pot of water in nearly half the time I'm used to. The convection oven again works better than any oven I've ever used on a regular basis. Heats evenly and the extra racks have proven to be useful. The only downside I can point out for now is the "Chicken Nuggets" button and the "Pizza" button. Not sure why they felt the need to dedicate two buttons for those specific foods. Seems a little silly. But that's all so far. So, if you are comparing the Samsung ovens, I vote for this one.

Purchased this stove after my initial stove started to have problems. This stove is sleek and very easy to use. The warming drawer is awesome and the whole unit is easy to clean.

The oven and stove work great with a few small issues. One, the clock is really hard to read from across the room. Two, the center burner doesn't seem to get as hot as the other burners. Can't adjust the level of the flame. We have adjusted all the other burners. The last issue is the convection part. We don't seem to have much luck with it working properly. Whenever we use it, whether to bake or roast, it takes longer to bake or cook. With cookies, a few minutes, with a roast up to an hour longer. We will continue to play with it, but we don't like the feature. For the most part we are satisfied with our purchase.

This range has been fantastic. I've had it for 3 months now and it is very functional. Sometimes the buttons are difficult to press for the oven and I don't really like how the timer is controlled but really it isn't a big deal. I can do more with this range than others I have used. All of my family and friends are very jealous that I have all of the different functions.

This is a really nice gas range and convection oven. There are five burners with varying levels of BTUs available. Two of them are 9500 BTUs. The oven has very consistent heating. Convection feature is nice. Warming drawer is nice but works a little better when the oven is on.

We went to a competitors store and was impressed with the Samsung oven compared to all other ovens in that price point. It had all the features of the higher price point ovens for a much lower price. Being a Silver Premier card holder I decided to look at Best Buy before making the purchase even though it was on sale. Once at the Best Buy store we found the oven was not displayed, but was also on sale with a better price than the competitors store. The savings paid for the installation and left me with a few extra $'s in my pocket.

I've had this over for just over a year (warranty just expired, of course). We broiled fish last week and left the door propped open, as I have always done on every oven I've ever had. The heat from the broiler melted the five knobs on the front of the stove. I looked in the owner's manual and sure enough, it says to always cook and broil with the door completely closed. I think it's pretty poor design to put plastic knobs directly above the oven. They actually look like metal. Although I felt this was a design flaw and should be replaced by Samsung, they disagreed and referred me to their parts sight (www.samsungparts.com) to purchase replacements at $24 for each knob.

Bought this stove for my daughter and she was pleasantly surprised. The stove is not only attractive buy highly efficient. The oven heats up quickly and is easy to operate.

Good customer service. Gas range and convection so I can use all the oven space with even baking. Griddle is great on stove top! Very happy with product.

Stainless steel is not stainless; hard to keep clean. You have to reach across the stove-top to reach the oven controls. There is no control panel light to illuminate the stove-top. The stove-top gratings are very heavy. The surface of the gratings is rough and irregular. Making them difficult to keep clean. Upon delivery th oak floor was scratched by the delivery men when they moved the stove.

This range is amazing! It is probably the prettiest thing in my kitchen. I love the convection and all of the settings available. I did find that I don't like the auto temperature adjust for the convection. I ended up having to turn the temperature back up because my cookies were cooking really slowly, but other than that I love to use the convection. I also love all of the different sizes of burners it makes cooking so easy! Definitely a great product!

Awesome gas range and oven, it also convention bakes and has a warming tray to keep your food warm. It has a rapid boil burner and a simmering burner as well as a large oval burner in the center.
