Can this be installed under a cooktop ? null

Yes. If your cooktop is a gas cooktop, the gas connection might poke into the space required for the oven. In that case, whoever install it for you needs to make an adjustment. Cost me only extra $15

Perhaps, but I suspect it would interfere with the cooktop's gas line connection.
