Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have the Samsung Model RF220NCTASR french door stainless, 21.6 cu ft refrigerator. On the digital control above the left door, mine has an button labeled "ice off". It toggles the ice on/off. If the little blue LED is on next to the button, the ice maker is off. Hope that works for you.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Thanks for the question. It may be necessary to press the dispenser button for a longer period of time in order to bleed the air from the lines. Once the water does begin to dispense, discard the first few gallons as you flush the lines. It's also a good idea to discard the first few batches of ice for the same reason. If the ice maker is producing ice, then the water should be flowing properly, and there are no other valves or controls that would prevent the dispenser from functioning. Please note for future reference that the model that has the water dispenser is actually the RF221, rather than the RF220 that this question was submitted through. Thank you for choosing Samsung! Ms. Samsung
