The RF32FMQDBSR has a reservoir tank in the refrigerator that holds about 1-2 liters of water, so it will dispense cold water as long as it spends enough time in the refrigerator to be chilled. If water is dispensed faster than it can chill, the temperature will be somewhere between that of the tap water and the refrigerator temperature. - Ms. Samsung

• The water coming from my fridge appears to be chilled but I'm going to assume this is because the filter is located in the fridge area and is exposed to cold 24/7 and not because of an actual electronic water chiller. I could be wrong but I haven't complained about the temperature of my water.
