“Dish tv with HD I have a 32 inch Samsung in our bedroom which is controlled by a box in the family room. The 40 inch Samsung in the family room gets great reception as to color and contrast. However, the tv in the bedroom has poor color with both HD and normal (?) reception. Can this be fixed? John O'M”

There may not be enough information here to troubleshoot the problem. My first guess is the 32 inch Samsung was manufactured with some new and cheaper processes Samsung is using. The result of that manufacturing process is a television set that is not as good as the models it replaced. If your 32 inch set has a separate external power transformer, it is probably one of the newer and not as good models. A suggestion is the LG 32LN5600. Much better sound and better picture.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Could be a bad connector in the bedroom. If you have a wiring plan get them to come back out to change it. They aren't hard to change if you are handy with tools. Everything you need can be bought at Best Buy.
