• No, this TV does not have built-in wifi it is not a smart TV. It does not have a blu-ray player built in.

• Most Blu-Ray players come with the Smart Apps platform. The TVs typically have a more robust lineup with Apps, but you'd launch the Smart TV platform from the TV if you're just using the TV. --Mr. S
