“what is the speaker output?”

• The set comes only with the TOSLINK (digital) cable output. However, I went out and purchased a Digital-to-Audio converter for $9 off EBAY, and hooked up a cheapy pair of computer speakers to it. Basically, you run the TOSLINK cable to the DAC, which has a analog output (red/white) on the other end. I used a 3.5mm splitter to hook the analog connectors up to the computer speakers. They're cheap. But, they sound so much better than the internal speakers, and are half the cost of the cheapest soundbar I could find.
