I checked the EPEAT registry and found that Samsung has 248 registered TVs but the TV in question is not one of them. You can check for yourself through their on site search engine at: http://www.epeat.net/ If you're tech savy then you can copy and paste the following URL in the address bar of your internet browser which will take you right to the search results of active and archived Samsung TVs: http://ww2.epeat.net/publicSearchResults.aspx?return=search&&status=2&ProductType=16&stdid=3&epeatcountryid=1& Now as to the other question. Is there no headphone jack? No, there isn't a headphone jack. There is a service jack that looks deceivingly like a headphone jack but there isn't any outputs on the TV of any kind. Kind of sad to limit a great picture on a TV to the poor sound of the speakers on the TV alone. By the way, don't loose the remote because the only button actually on the TV is a hidden power button. You won't be able to use the TV without the remote.

Yes, a remote and sleep timer (3 different on/off time options) are included, but no headphone jack is available on this model. Thanks for your interest in Samsung products. --Mr. S
