From the available information, none of the Samsung TVs will be compatible with USB Bluetooth dongles. -MrSamsung

As for the USB adapter, no, and I've never seen a TV with this capability (basically you need the TV to run software (drivers) to support additional hardware; easy for your computer, not so much a TV. Some of the newer "Internet Ready!" TVs may support it, I suppose, never looked). That being said the usual method is to plug the headphone base into the headphone jack (3.5mm, exactly like the one on your phone)- this will both send the output to the headset AND mute the TV. No brainer, right? Except this TV doesn't have one. Which I didn't actually believe, so I double checked the manufacturer specs- and sure enough they skipped it for some baffling reason. I'm floored- I can't remember the last TV I saw without one. Anyway, the USB port is purely to play music, movies, pictures in certain (standard) formats, not like the ones in your computer that will work with nearly everything.
