• It can. If your computer has an HDMI out, you can connect it to the TV. You may also be able to "project" the monitor signal to the TV--please refer to the TV and Computer manual for more details.

• Yes. As long has your laptop can connect via an hdmi port, or you'd need an adaptor(mini VGI to HDMI).
