• Yes...you plug your Roku into your TV via HDMI and the Roku manages the WiFi connection.

• If you connect a Roku player to this via HDMI, it will display what the Roku streams. Connecting the Roku will only display what the Roku streams. But since this TV doesn't have the Smart TV features, the Roku would be a good option for Netflix. Thanks for your interest in Samsung products. --Mr. S
