• Yes I have cable and it can be hooked up to the tv but we tend not to use the cable and use only Netflix and Amazon Prime.

• No. My son doesn't. He has a Samsung phone with all the TV apps and Netflix so he just mirrors it onto his TV. Also, if you have the Internet you can go onto like CBS.com and watch shows from there. Most stations have apps these days.

• no you can use an air antenna or as long as you have wifi you can access services like netflix, hulu or amazon prime
