A:Answer I know you can connect a regular over-the-air antenna (RF) to this model and get local channels, as that is what we're doing. But we use an outdoor antenna. What and how many channels you can get with an indoor antenna will depend on the housing structure itself (multi-unit/multi-level apartment vs single dwelling, brick vs siding, basement vs upstairs, etc), plus the proximity to local broadcasting towers, i.e. downtown vs metro.
