I do not believe it will do what you want. While it will connect via WiFi, theres no way to connect it to Google drive. I do not see any Samsung Google drive apps. There would be a way to mirror a Windows PC or laptop to it without HDMI, using a Chromecast device, but you can do that on ANY TV that has a USB and HDMI plugin. But I don't there is anything out there that will do what you want since it does not have an actual web browser.
