“If you are watching TV does the picture take up the whole screen or is it smaller with a “frame” around it? Also - does this one come with a bezel - if so, what color?”

Adding a Customizable Bezel to The Frame TV will not block any part of the actual screen. The Frame TV comes with a black frame, which cannot be removed. The Customizable Bezels sold separately are attached directly on top of the black frame and come in Modern Brown, Modern Teak, & Modern White. ~ Samsung Specialist
