The cable is big and definitely not invisible. It exists the monitor at the bottom in a groove so that the monitor can fit tight against the wall just like a true picture frame. The 32 inch frame fits very snug against the wall. There is no way to have a cable box behind the monitor. The product is very good, a clear picture and high quality sound. However, the cable wire is visible as it exits the bottom of the tv.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The cable is thicker on the 32” than on my 55” model, You could probably get something at a hardware store, like a juncture box or something without a door that would fit flush in the wall and hold the frames one connect box, the one with the 32” frame isn’t as big as the larger frames
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have my frame TX mounted on the wall as per the instructions. It has one visible cable leading from the One Connect box which is sitting on a shelf about 12 inches below the TV. There is about 12 inches of cable visible, but that's OK for me in my office. I was not aware of an invisible cable.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I bought one of these 32" frames from Best Buy and the staff had no idea that the cable was far from invisible. They didn't tell me that the RF cable was not connected to the control box but had to go directly to the frame TV so that's two big ugly cables. They did not tell me that the control box is a scaled down version of the box that comes with the bigger sets. Not only is the "invisible cable" not invisible but it also has a harmonica connector that will require a 1"+ hole in the wall. It looks like Best Buy is not training their staff but what is worse is that Samsung is not train its staff either. I called Samsung to complain about the old switcheroo and they did not know about the feature changes either. When companies act this way it is no fun to be a consumer. It is better to stick with your old equipment rather than spend money to be disappointed.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi, the One Connect box and cable are different on the 32" Frame than the other models. The cable is not in-wall rated by most municipal code jurisdictions without additional sheilding. You'll have to consult an electrician or reference your local building codes to see their specific requirements. I hope this helps. Thanks ^Scott
