• No not natively. But if you connected a device such as Roku or laptop that is capable of screen mirroring then you could cast to that device and it would display on this monitor.

• Yes, it does. I use it to extent the display, but you can easily mirror this in the display options of a windows 10 or a Mac.

• This isn't a Smart TV, it's a monitor. Therefore there isn't any casting options available. If physically connected to your computer, you can change your display settings to duplicate your display across your monitors.
