Depends on which OS the "computer" uses. If it is an Android device, then it depends on which version of Android (Google gimped SD cards in Kitkat and made them useless for anything other than media). If it's a Windows device, then it should work fine. Just be aware that the SD card may be slower than the on-board flash memory, so software might take longer to load, and if it does a lot of I/O, it may run a bit slower as well. That being said, the Samsung Pro SD card not only has very fast sequential I/O, it also excels in random I/O, which makes it one of the best options for use in computers.
