Yes. You can split screen. Now your question doesn't clarify if you want to: A) split screen with one computer or B) connect 2 computers to the monitor. Both are possible with this monitor. A) You can use multiple apps at the same time using the Windows 10 or Mac OS split screen feature. B) You can use the Picture By Picture feature of the monitor, where you plug 2 different sources to it. It would split the screen and show both sources. Keep in mind each sources would use its own keyboard and mouse.
