• Yes there is a plate included for that, I did not use it though, so don't know if it matches anything particular

• Yes. There is a plate included that replaces the table stand. Remove two screws, remove the table stand - use the two screws to mount the adapter (one goes into a different position). It's pretty big, and it should accommodate any mount you find.
