We appreciate your interest in Samsung home appliances, specifically with Samsung - 36" Convertible Range Hood - Black stainless steel. Yes, this range hood can be installed with a vent through the wall or a ductless version. To do so, you need to purchase the recirculating kit (NK-AF020FNB/AA) to install the range hood to vent through the wall. I have shared the installation and user guide link below.
