• It can accept a 3 or 4 prong cord. You purchase the one you need to match your outlet. I've you are removing an old dryer you can use the cord from that one

• No. You need to provide your own cable. You can use either 3 or 4 wire 220 volt cables.

• It comes with both a 3-prong and a 4 prong chord. Your electrician can wire either one of them in.
