I have not had to download an app to use my Samsung washing machine.

Samsung said does not come with parts list. Not in manual. PARTS: Call J&J Intl. 800-627-4368 M-F 9 AM ET. 1.1 If Samsung has no parts lists, then why would J&J? How will customer be able to identify part if need to order? 2. 800-726-7864 Service & 855-726-8721 Sales 2.1 Gets off shore locations with thick accents, can't understand what customer has asked & poor phone sound. While Samsung does have call centers in USA, probability is not good for your call going to USA. 3. Was told warranty service is handled by Samsung & not subcontracted to third party company. Needs verification. 3.1 YES, this matters. For example, Insignia (Best Buy Brand) dumps warranty service on AIG, that sends no reply email with no phone number & contradictory info to what Insignia tells. Hours on phone going in circles. Hence due diligence is in order for effecting warranty on any product. 4. Dispensers: Does have bleach & softener located in center of agitator. Detergent is no dispenser. Just dump it in like your Mom did. Lacks draw as dispenser on backside of tub top, such as higher cost Samsung models. See photos. 5. How long is average load full cycle wash time? Some reviews say too long. 6. How long will Best Buy make you wait to deliver swap out replacement unit? Very poor & long wait on some Major Appliances.
