• NO. . It doesn't make an electronic noise. [yet anyway] . But....The words don't match lip movement most of the time.

• 1st how old is yours mine's a month old Have had no problems so far Have you tried unplugging it and plug back in Other wise I would get in touch with Samsung and see what they have to say Sorry that's all I have
