“clothes still wet after spin washer spins clothes but not hard or fast enough to remove all water. I can still wring water out of them. This cant be right?”

Thanks for the question. Please make sure an appropriately high spin speed is selected, the washer is leveled correctly, and the clothes are distributed evenly. If the washer is not able to spin correctly it may not be able to achieve a high enough speed to extract water from the clothes. Per the user manual: • Use the High spin speed. • Use high efficiency detergent to reduce over–sudsing. • The Load is too small. Very small loads (one or two items) may become unbalanced and not spin out completely.
