A:AnswerHi jimmy,
Thank you for reaching out. We appreciate your interest in Samsung home appliances, specifically with Samsung - Linear Wash 24" Top Control Built-In Dishwasher with AutoRelease Dry, 39 dBA - Stainless steel.
The dishwasher does not have a fan for drying. The dishwasher has an auto-release dry function. The Auto Release™ Dry function, which is designed to improve drying performance, automatically opens the dishwasher’s door 5 to 15 minutes before a cycle ends.
I have shared the user manual link below. Please access the link and turn to page 36 for the auto-release function.

A:AnswerNo vents that I'm aware of (those are usually saved for units with a heating element for a drying cycle (producing lots of steam and creating the need for venting). This particular unit foregos that heated drying element in lieu of the door opening automatically during the final minutes of the wash cycle, allowing the dishes to air dry with residual heat from the wash cycle. Alternatively, you can hand dry them if you're in a rush to put them away.
A:AnswerI have a Samsung dishwasher and cloths dryer, they are both very low quality and prone to breaking. Samsung will not stand behind their products.
A:AnswerIt sure does, AJ! In fact, you can find instructions on page 30 of the user manual (https://bit.ly/3j0ikbD) on how to set the dishwasher to wash the lower rack only. ^Jecca
A:AnswerThanks so much for asking, LizW! To help with this, I'm providing this link (https://bit.ly/3dVGVLH) to the installation manual for this model. According to page 15, this model comes with a kick plate that can be used to create a cleaner look. ^Jecca
A:AnswerThank you so much for letting us know about this. We're happy to help. Here is a link (https://bit.ly/2YEFpJU) to our guide on what steps to take if there is water outside the dishwasher. ^Jecca
A:AnswerIt sure can, HUNNY12! On the display panel there is an icon that looks like a t-shirt with a plus sign. When this icon is lit up, the washer can be paused, and the lid opened to add or remove items. When you are finished, you will need to press the "Start" button again to resume the cycle. ^Jecca
A:AnswerIf you are referring to the top of the washer, you need to height adjust to make it flush with counter (2 3/4" max increase). It comes with a rubber flap at bottom to cover floor. It also has a kick plate that you install behind the rubber flap to protect guts and reduces noise.

A:AnswerHi there totsar! The length of time the cycle will take to complete will vary based on the options and features selected at the start of the cycle. ^Jecca
