The one I purchased when spinning the inside drum around with your hand it sounds like a screw or ball rolling around in it that doesn't belong there. I'm considering returning it before it becomes a problem for me and it made the noise when it was delivered. They brought a second one which made the same noise so I told them to take it back before it made it off of the truck

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.We have had ours about a month and it is pretty quiet. I hear a little noise when it starts washing, sounds a little like it is washing small rocks but not very loud and then a very small amount of noise during the spin cycle like a jet engine that is far away type of noise. I would be sure it is level. We had Best Buy instaall ours and have been super happy with it so far. It is our first front loader though so I can only compare the sound sound to our last top loader and it is much more quiet.
