- Answer There are settings just below the main know that allow you to adjust temperature and for load level, which I presume gauges the amount of water needed per load. We've been pleased with the washer, we had the Samsung dryer and were pleased with it.

- Answer The Samsung 4.5 cu.ft. High-Efficiency Steam Front-Loading Washer does have a delayed state function. You delay the cycle start for up to 12 hours.

QuestionThe Samsung 4.5 Cu. Ft. WF45H6300AG washer states the depth is 34 inches. Does this measurement include the attached hoses?I have limited space, so do I need 34 inches plus extra space for the hoses, or does 34 inches already include the attached hoses?

- Answer Thanks for the question. Pressing the Power button will cancel the cycle, and the WF45H6300AW will drain and reset after powering the Washer back on. - Ms. Samsung

QuestionEnd of load chimeIs there anyway to change the chime "song" that plays when the washer and dryer are finished? I hate to say but they may have to go back if they cannot be changed as the melody is profusely annoying!

QuestionDoes "Powerfoam" work with detergent "pods"?Wondering if "Powerfoam" tech works with the laundry detergent "pods" you throw into the drum along with your clothes? Or does it only work with liquid detergent that you add to the pull out drawer on top? Thanks!

- Answer This machine has a detergent dispenser that you're supposed to use. As long as the pods are specified for use by front loading machines, yes I'm pretty sure that would work by tossing the pads in and closing the door & starting the machine. I vaguely remember the directions saying that powder or liquid is preferred though.

Question"My Cycle" - Support for Multiple Custom Cycles?With the "My Cycle" button I'm curious if you can save multiple custom cycles to this button then select which custom cycle you'd like to use? Or does it only allow you to save 1 custom cycle at a time, where saving additional custom cycles would overwrite the previously saved one? Also is there any smartphone app / NFC tag integration for this washer outside of the "Smart Care" trouble shooting app? Thanks!

- Answer It does not have NFC but Samsung App can take a picture of error code and determine the issue.

QuestionSilverCare? #WF45H6300AG/A2I did not see where "Silvercare" is an option on the display. I called customer service today and they told me the # listed above is the updated model # that replaces the #WF448AAP/XAA, which is my 11/07/09 silvercare model. Can you confirm this new model # given to me is correct, so I can order online and have it delivered?? If not, please provide the correct model #. thank you.

- Answer Hi Jwhooch, Thanks for your interest in replacing your WF448AAP/XAA with an updated model. SilverCare is no longer a feature offered on Samsung Washers, and hasn't been for several years. Perhaps the Customer Service Representative recommended the WF45H6300AG/A2 on the basis of the 4.5 cubic foot capacity or other features that are currently available, such as Steam, Sanitize, Self Clean +, VRT and the Diamond Drum. QuestionWhich way does the door of the washer open? Is it reversabile?I would like to have washer and matching electric dryer side by side. The washer will be next to the wall (plumbing already there) so the dryer will have to be to the left of the washer. Any problems?

- Answer The washer door opens from right to left and I don't believe it can be moved. The dryer door however can be switched but arrived set up to open left to right.
