I called customer service today and they told me the # listed above is the updated model # that replaces the #WF448AAP/XAA, which is my 11/07/09 silvercare model. Can you confirm this new model # given to me is correct, so I can order online and have it delivered?? If not, please provide the correct model #. thank you.”

Hi Jwhooch, Thanks for your interest in replacing your WF448AAP/XAA with an updated model. SilverCare is no longer a feature offered on Samsung Washers, and hasn't been for several years. Perhaps the Customer Service Representative recommended the WF45H6300AG/A2 on the basis of the 4.5 cubic foot capacity or other features that are currently available, such as Steam, Sanitize, Self Clean +, VRT and the Diamond Drum.
