• I haven't seen a washer on the market get past 166. This Samsung gets to 164 degrees. Much past 165, and the heat of the water can damage some fabrics. The upper-end Bosch does get to 166. Now with SilverCare, you can kill 99.999% of germs and bacteria in the clothes or bedding without heating the water.
