A:AnswerIt’s different from a regular washing machine. Takes a long time to actually was your clothing. Must do an extra rinse because of no agitation. Getting used to it and all will be good once I have it out of my head that you need agitation.

Call BestBuy for support. We had problems with ours, with first water in the bottom, and then water on the floor. They replaced the machine although ours happened right after we first got it.
