Unbalanced load. Stop the unit and reposition the clothes.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The same thing happened to me the first time I tried running the washer. It ended up just needing to be calibrated before the first cycle. If the unit is on a pedestal, check the connections to the base; the laundry load may be imbalanced; or on rare occasion, there is a defect in the unit. There a number of DIY self help videos on YouTube. You can always call the Samsung 800 number, they have techs available to answer questions.
