Mine does. :(
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have the matching dryer, and their top-of-the-line refrigerator with built-in camera and touch- screen on door. My front door leaks as well. Very, very expensive to fix such a minor part ($528 for a torn bellow)
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I oversee maintenance of approximately 3300 rental units. Hundreds of them have front loading HE machines like this. I own this specific Samsung machine. These machines need to be maintained and cared for. There shouldn't be any debris on the seal or the door. If there is, wipe it off. This can cause the door to leak. The door should be left open after washes so the boot and wash bin can air out. Lacey, stringy, or very small items should be put in a mesh bag. I've seen many people be very hard on their appliances and wonder why they break so soon. Dog beds coated with hair (and not pre-cleaning or vacuuming first), overloading, items left in pockets, etc. All these sorts of things will run any machine into the ground real fast.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I want to buy this washer and i want to know, is it the big front door that leaks or the small window in the front door?
