Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Personally, I have never had to use their Customer Service. The last washer was 7 years old and out of warranty. I have 3 TV's, one a 3D model...All Samsung. It is 12 years old and works perfectly. I'm not sure how old the others are. We just purchased Samsung Kitchen Appliances and LOVE them. Our next TV will also be a Samsung and will likely be purchased this year.
