- Answer Mine does the same thing. Unfortunately the load is off balance so I had to move the load around and restart.

- Answer I requested a rebate about 10 days ago on Dec 6th. Nothing yet, although I would not expect it by now. Make sure you take off the two (2) s/n labels off the old machine and attach them to the rebate form.

- Answer Yes but, first you turn the power off; add the item(s) and turn the power on. The washer defaults to the last setting.

QuestionI have these washers. Does not use enough water so therefore tub size is waste. Wash more than half load and wont be clean. Twists your clothing up. My question is why do manufactures get to continue selling junk through Best Buy or anyone?

- Answer There are various ways to add more water if that is what you desire. You can start the washer then turn off. Then start again. When you turn on the washer again the washer will add a higher level of water because of the weight (wet clothes weigh more). Also, you could pause and manually add water with a hose or bucket.
