Isn't that the point of a washing machine? To wash dirty clothes? Really don't think that I should have to 'pamper' or 'prep' my clothes before i was them. Very disappointed in my Samsung.

I would suggest shaking out excess sand and debris from your clothes prior to placing them in the washer, including checking pockets and unrolling turned up jeans since these places have a tendency of holding onto loose objects or soil. Your washer is equipped with the Pure Cycle tub-cleaning option which is designed to be run after every 40 washes, but you can select to run it sooner, if needed, to help keep your tub clean. - Ms. Samsung
