Thanks for the question! For comparison sake and for anyone else that may be reading this answer, I will compare the B500 with the B530 and the B550. The Main differences are: the B500 offers a 40,000:1 contrast ratio, while the other two units offer a 60,000:1 and 70,000:1 ratio respectively. Also the B500 offers 2 HDMI inputs: (back), 1 Component video: (back), 1 Composite input: (back – shared w/component), 1 Optical sound output: (back), 1 PC input: (back). The B530 offers one extra HDMI and the B550 offers two extra HDMI inputs over the B500. Also the B550 offers USB2.0 that allows you to connect a usb device to the TV for mp3 and photo playback, while both the B530 and B500 do not. -MrSamsung
