FOR FUTURE REFERENCE: Always Call Samsung customer service immediately for help - you might have a lemon. They are most helpful and will give you step by step instructions. Then, if necessary, I would return the product to the store for exchange or refund as soon as possible. Also,you usually have a one year manufacturer repair warranty on most of major purchases..Hope this helps you with your future purchases. Remember that speed is always of essence. Good luck. PS. I have had this TV and many other Samsung products for over four years of daily use and I love it.
