Quality of the OTA receiver? We live ~40 miles from the local antenna farm, so tuner quality is a must (attic antenna). How does the tuner in this Samsung stack up to other TV's?

I never received signal on some channels on my old TV. But when I hooked up the new TV - same location, same HD antenna, I got a lot more channels.

I have mine hooked up to a high definition indoor antenna. It gets around 120 free channels. It would be better reception if I had an outside hookup. A lot depends on your location. I do not know how it would function if there were a lot of hills by you. It may be a little better than some of the other tvs I have had.

It's awesome I have one in my travel trailer and I receive great picture even when we're out camping. I had a Panasonic befor that and couldn't get a picture as soon as we got on dirt roads.

I have taken this Tv to rural Mexico and it performs flawlessly. But that's my experience with Samsung products.
