• I've experienced the same issue on occasion; weird because the actor could be standing still so you know it's not motion blur. I'll be returning my TV due to picture looking washed out so I cannot help other than to suggest you ask for help on AVSforum.

• Very clear picture up close. I have it located in my sewing room 12' X 14' and have a clear view from anywhere in the room. No complaints!

• might wanna try a stronger antenna or check your coax connection
