“I used wireless headphones (non-Bluetooth) with my old 32 inch Samsung TV by connecting the charging cradle to "Audio Out" on the back of the TV. I don't have "Audio Out" on this new TV. How do I connect these headphones to this TV?”

There is a Digital Audio Out port on the back of this television model using an optical cable. ^Heath
