The base is sturdy. Unfortunately, many people (including us), have installed the base incorrectly the first time. When we first put it together, the tv was tilted slightly backward. After searching and rereading the instructions, we learned that the base was not correctly installed. It needs to slide into place, then screwed down. If your tv is leaning at all, it wasn't attached to the base correctly. Hope this helps. :)
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I've found the base very sturdy. My TV sits on a built-in that is narrower than the TV, so part of the TV, about five inches, is over the edge of the built in cabinet. The center pedestal base does a great job of keeping the TV secure (the pedestal does sit almost completely on the cabinet.)
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Seems pretty solid to me. It is just held together by screws nothing too fancy.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I was worried about that also but I have it on a short dresser and not a tv stand and no problems of wobbling
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Never been an issue
