“When the TV is in 'Mute' mode the mute symbol displays up & down on the left side of screen, how do I turn the symbol off, (other than turning the sound on)?”

• Instead of using the mute button simply turn the volume all the way down to zero.

• Instead of turning the volume off by pushing the mute button, just turn the volume down all the way by holding the volume down button.
